A Ffern Fairytale by Pal Studios

For this campaign we invited children across the UK to travel deep into their imaginations - creating characters for a Ffern Fairytale. The stories that make up our film were created by some of the children across the UK who took part in 'fairytale workshops'. Over 100 children participated in these sessions, and through storytelling, painting and writing created fairytale characters inspired by spring and folklore. A Ffern Fairytale was created & directed by Elena Heatherwick and Angus Dunsire, with production from Ffern + Pal Studios The children’s costumes, based on their own drawings, were designed and made (with magic) by Clarisse d’Arcimoles and Frank Gallacher. The Ffern Fairytale workshops were created and facilitated by Josh Bilton
