Balconada is a film about the relationship between internal and external tension - atmospheric and mental pressure. A hot summer day brings several neighbours out on their balconies. During a sudden rainstorm, one of them gets a burst of inspiration, which encourages the rest to live in the moment. "Balconada" is the winner of the 2026 Vimeo Staff Pick Award at Aspen Shortsfest, a prize that combines a festival award and a Vimeo Staff Pick all in one.
